We are currently planning new Tasting Sessions for the first half of 2015.
In these sessions we introduce you into our world of Italian Olive Oil and explain the basics of oil and oil tasting. The sessions are informal and basically offer you the opportunity to know everything about Olive Oil you always wanted to know, but were afraid to ask.
We will cover topics like:
- What makes an oil extra virgine?
- What is important in the production process
- How to handle oil in coocking and storing, but…
The best part of these sessions is the actual tasting of the oil, what do you experience? Is the oil good or has it defects, would you consider this oil an Extra Vergine?
We are planning sessions for Milan and Amsterdam in the first three months of 2015.
